Hi, i'm Georgia! Founder of Femme School
I am an educator and coach, author of poetry and prose and soon to be mother to a baby boy!
I created Femme School as an alternative re-education to empower + educate adults to support their young people through the Portal of Puberty.
Having experienced both sexual trauma and body bullying during my early years of puberty I can directly link the identity I created as a young adult with these early experiences.
I never learnt from the adults around me how to lead from my Core Self and nurture the natural qualities of courage, communication and confidence that were necessary to heal from the hurt caused by these experiences.
The foundations of Femme School are anchored in nurturing these qualities to allow adults to re-learn their Core Self and support their young people as they do the same.
Through this, Femme School offers a shame-free and dignity centred exploration of our Core Self within our world; to foster a sense of belonging to ourselves and within our wider communities.
We utilise high quality educational resources for both adults + young people and simplify pragmatic practises of somatic therapies to ensure healing + self-growth is accessible and engaging!
